SQ Planning Team can save you time spent researching and planning. SQPT can also help you prioritize your vendors, get your budget in order, provide qualified and reputable vendor referrals, accompany you to vendor meetings and know what questions to ask, review vendor contracts, negotiate on your behalf, and save you money.
Not to mention, SQPT provides creative décor and design ideas. And the final months prior to your wedding, SQPT will confirm your vendors, make a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there to make sure that you, your family, and guests enjoy a stress-free day!
We highly recommend you hire a Planner 9-12 months for our Full Planning Experience. As soon as you get engaged is the best time! Dates are booked well in advance and the sooner we begin planning, the better options you have for venues. For our Event Management Experience, we recommend hiring us 4-6 months prior to your wedding date.
Lion & Lamb Event Services (DBA: SOBI QAZI) was established in 2009. We have nearly 15 years of combined experience planning weddings and events. We all attend professional wedding and special event association meetings and conferences, gaining education and knowledge about current industry trends. We are also Certified Wedding and Event Planners (CWEP). Also, the full team carries insurance.
You have the choice to decide on which Wedding Planner you prefer to work with. We will send you our Introduction brochure to introduce the team with their Bio at initial contact. If you have a specific Wedding Planner you want to work with, please let us know when you inquire. Or keep your option open and let us match you with the right planner that fits your style and needs. We have several ways to put together the perfect planning team just for you!
The Wedding Planner you meet or speak with at your consultation is the same person you will be working with during the entire wedding planning process. On your wedding day, your Wedding Planner may also have additional coordinators to help. You may request for a specific Planner from the team to work with if you like.
As much or as little you want them to have! Your planner’s level of involvement depends on the event planning package you reserve and your personal preferences. Personally, each one of us loves to be hands-on and heavily involved. We work with clients anywhere on the spectrum personalizing our service to your needs.
We offer two types of packages: Full Planning and Event Management. The Full Planning starts at hire and Event Management (typically known as Day of services) starts eight weeks prior to your celebration. You will receive a custom proposal based on your event details and information we gather from you prior to the consultation.
By choice, each Wedding Planner plans approximately 10-15 weddings per year-a combination of Full Planning or Event Management (Day Of). We typically plan no more than three weddings per month each, with no more than one wedding per weekend each. We are firm believers in not over-committing ourselves, so we control our workloads in order to give our clients the upmost attention they deserve!
Yes, we can! In fact, about half of our clients live all over the world, not in Houston. So we are very comfortable with out-of-city/state/country clients and communicating via phone, e-mail, Face Time and being flexible with your schedule.
We will absolutely work with your choice of vendors. However we have a great team of preferred vendors that we work with often should you be interested in our recommendations. The reputable relationship we build with our preferred vendors goes a long way for your big day!
